It’s okay to adapt.

I appreciate that John Maxwell writes this book to encourage adaptation to the life lesson that we all encounter. We will all go through a shift and need to know that it is okay. Dr. Maxwell’s book gives the okay!

Such a great listen...

Whether you’re leading a business or leading yourself, do yourself a favor and listen to this book. It’ll probably be one you can’t get enough of. You won’t make all the shifts after just one read but even if you only make one shift, you’re heading in the right direction.

Maybe His Best Book

I’ve read a lot of John Maxwell’s books, though this maybe his best book yet. In today’s business climate, industries are changing and leaders must be on their toes and shifting. John takes his leadership knowledge and helps leaders of all shapes and sizes to learn how to shift. Some shifts will happen easily, some may never happen, but he gives great examples and insight. This will be a book that I listen to more than once.

Excellent book

Loved it! John Maxwell is always excellent and I learn so much from him! It really is like listening to an old friend.

Very transformative!

John Maxwell never fails to disappoint. His delivery of Leadershift helps bring perspective to those who are stuck in old leadership styles and roles. With a new growing culture also comes a need for new styles of leadership to deal with that culture.

Another great book, but the speakers at the end just complete this book.Such a great read.

I enjoyed this audiobook. The message was clear and I picked up a few tips that I could use in my day to day life.

Time to Shift!

This by far is John’s best work!!! The last three bonus chapters are gold! I will purchase a hard copy because the audio book is just not enough.

My view about leadership has been shifted.

I like every chapter contained in this book . I thought
learning leadership is not necessary for success. I now understand how everything rises and falls on leadership. It is so much better than any other leadership books. Eye -opening book in leadership aspect.
