Masterful interpretation

The first georgette heyer book I ever read was Regency Buck when I was a teen. I relished this story once again. The narrator was wonderful. The story is so charming. Bravo. Highly recommend.

Fabulous rendition

Loved Jasmin Blackbarrow’s interpretation of this book. She really brought one of my favourite Georgette Heyer’s to life. Highly recommend

Very lovely narration

There were a pronounced name or two that were different than in other Heyer novel productions but overall delightful.

Georgette Heyer was always a favourite but I must say , I really and truly enjoyed the experience of having it read out to me. Penguin and the narrator have done a great job

Great plot

One of my favorite georgette heyer books. I loved how even though you know it will end well, she keeps you guessing about who it ends well with.

One of her best

This has all the hallmarks of a satisfying historical romance. The characters are so well developed. There is misdirection and believable misunderstandings , humorous supporting characters and evil villains. But most of all the main male character is all I could wish for as the protagonist finally realizes

Wonderful Story and Narrator!

Rebought this Audible for the narration. The voices enhanced the narrative perfectly. Quite enjoyable and a keeper.

One of the best of Ms Heyer

I loved the narration of this novel. What a great job she did for all characters. This is one of the best.

Entertaining read!

Several times I forgot the narrator was only one person. She did an excellent job voicing different people! As for the story, it was yet another entertaining read from Heyer. Judith can be annoying at times because of her temper, but oh well.

Excellent narrator

Georgette Heyer is a lifelong favorite (I think I was 14 when I first discovered her) and her stories are like an old friend, lighthearted and comforting to revisit. I’m enjoying the audio versions and found the narration of Regency Buck particularly good.
