Love Is The Answer

Wonderful teaching. Drawing on the ancient wisdom that cuts across all religious traditions as well as offering modern interpretations, Dr Welwood articulates spiritual practice clearly and from a place of authenticity.

Somewhat long winded and unoriginal

Some gems related to psychological insights, but Buddhist insights banal and simplistic. Narration is wooden.
