Relationship-no matter what

The book was clear on the message, inspiring stories with real life identifiable examples of what to do & not do. Convicting on some of my parenting methods. The information in this book has opened my heart & mind to know & understand Jesus better & increased my desire to be a better relational parent.

Great book, that focused on many aspects of parenting without being a sermon. I was pleasantly surprised that the book wasn't just surface level biblical principle. Very well organized and written.

The parenting book I’ve always needed!

Well, I can’t spend too long writing a review, so let me simply say this: as a pastor, and as a father, this book has opened up so much grace build space. I am recommending this book to all of my peers, and quite frankly, to the many families that attend our church. not only is this book practical, but it is full of heartfelt wisdom. I can’t recommended enough!!!

So much wisdom!

I couldn’t put this book down! Your interview on the “dad tired” podcast peaked my interest enough to buy and listen your book immediately. As a dad of littles there was so much wisdom to soak in both about this season and the coming seasons and my relationship with my parents. Will definitely be returning to this book!

Best Parenting Book!!!

I cannot recommend this book enough. Practical, tactical, creative parenting, strategies, and advice that are perfect for every season of parenting. I have a 10 and 12 year old and found myself making so many notes after listening to each chapter I am going to buy the hardcopy and give it to many friends.

I have read a lot of parenting books, and this BY FAR exceeds them all! Such excellent advice and real life tips. I loved listening to Andy and Sandra as they read - I felt like they were just having a conversation with me! 5+++ stars!!!

Gives a ‘What’, ‘Why’, & ‘How’ to the parenting principles offered. Weaves a thread of faith through all the stages of parenting. It’ll be a reference book for many years. Thanks to the authors for ‘Emptying their cups’. Mine is filled.

My husband and I are about to become first time parents. This is our first parenting book we’ve read and we can’t recommend it enough. We’ll be referring back to this book for years to come!
