Resumen del Editor

A complete program to overcome a new epidemic: the Fatigue Syndrome.

Do you feel exhausted, run down, and stressed out all the time? Do you have trouble sleeping well at night and wake up feeling exhausted? More and more of us have these problems. In this groundbreaking new book, best-selling Inflammation Syndrome author Jack Challem tackles a new kind of syndrome tied to nutrition, adrenal fatigue, and thyroid problems. Challem explains what the Fatigue Syndrome is and spells out how the Five Circles of Fatigue contribute to it. Then he shares his comprehensive plan that combines nutrition, physical activity, and sleep solutions to help you combat fatigue and feel better. This book:

  • Uncovers the role that eating habits, hormones, illness, aging, and other factors play in fatigue
  • Discusses the growing problems of adrenal fatigue and low thyroid hormone
  • Presents a complete nutrition and lifestyle program to conquer fatigue and re-energize your body and life
  • Includes energy-enhancing recipes and meal plans to help you combat fatigue and stress

With No More Fatigue, you will rediscover the joy of feeling well rested, re-energized, and ready to take charge of your health and your life.

Excellent

What made the experience of listening to No More Fatigue the most enjoyable?

It makes sense, a lot of examples. Lots of information.

What other book might you compare No More Fatigue to and why?

Positive Energy by Judith Orloff because she also has a lot of information - she gives a lot of information regarding fun and relaxing things to do as far as gaining energy.

Which scene was your favorite?

None

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

There were many moments regarding a lot of other information that I had read in other books that finally made sense or "clicked".

Any additional comments?

I recommend this book to everyone, male or female, young or old even if you don't have any issues with energy. It is a great book about nutrition and health in general.

OK

So-so description of vitamins and other supplements that might prove helpful for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.
Tends to drone on a fair bit and at times, sounds like a lot of free advertising. However, not a bad listen.
Narration is OK in spite of some mispronunciations, e.g. "telomeres". Beats me why professional narrators can't take the trouble to check out unfamiliar terms.
