Some helpful tools offered
Chose this book at random, because there were so many on the subject. I have to say I was a bit taken back by the amount of improper English and mispronounced words. But WJM seems to be doing well regardless, and I’m happy for him. If nothing else, it’s inspiring. Also, I’m fairly certain, some of the recommended conversations etc, wouldn’t work out as well in the Boston area. But like he mentions, you need to know your area.
Wishing WJM much success in his ventures.

A few decent tips but lots of self promotion.
This book contains a few useful tidbits, but it’s mostly very basic stuff. Many references to his our website and resources for self-promotion. Narration is sub-par. I can’t recommend this audiobook.
