Off The Chain

A must read for everyone who is serious about their health. I learned a lot from this book.

I read this book twice in my late 30's.

I'm certain that this book is why I'm still alive. Before reading this I weighed 425lbs. I now weigh 315lbs. Since then I've managed to keep my weight in check. The struggle continues but I'll get to my goal soon now that I have this audiobook.

One of the greatest books published

The author goes in depth to expose corruption and big pharma. He passionately discusses how western medicine is highly overrated and money hungry all while censoring natural remedies. Mr. Trudeau puts himself at risk to discuss natural remedies and energy healing that really help loads of people vs just covering up symptoms like western prescriptions and pill. I live a holistic lifestyle and I can attest many natural things are censored online and can also attest that many of these methods the author discusses do indeed work along. I am on my own healing journey with some of these methods already in place, and I can say without a doubt I feel 10x better and healthier than what western medicine made me feel like. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is open minded and ready to truly change their life for their good. Phenomenal

I have learned soooo much from KT over the years. It is not enough to just listen, but you must act on the information to see change. A lot of people will read something and then say it’s rubbish, like some reviews I read earlier. Those are people who probably find it difficult to make such huge changes.
The book title wasn’t misleading because it states “Natural Cures They Don’t Want You to Know.”
He obviously had to describe who “they” were before getting into the cures.
You can’t become a doctor without knowing how it is to be a nurse. You can’t get to step 50 without going through step 1. Master the basics and you will do more for yourself than you could even fathom possible.
