Excellently Dark & Twisted Tale

Valentina Ortiz provides pitch-perfect narration for this dark and twisted tale of teenage twins, high school horror and deeply hidden family secrets. Each character is clearly embodied with a distinct voice that makes you feel them come alive, especially as they come inches within death. The co-authors weave a web of mystery that has you guessing up until the very end. Highly recommend!

Overall 3.75

This is a hard book for me to rate. It’s not really what I was expecting, especially in the way it ends. If I had done more research I would have passed on this book. It’s not bad and the story for the most part I enjoyed. I can’t say exactly what it is I didn’t like because I don’t want to spoil it. I decided to go with 3.75 starts because I liked most of it. If the ending were different the rating would be higher. Just because it wasn’t my cup of tea doesn’t mean others won’t love it!

Narration was 5 stars. No problem following along with the story.

I LOVED IT!

I absolutely loved it! This book was full of drama, heartache and suspense! The narration was excellent! It will keep you entertained! The author did an excellent job with the character builds and plot! This was my first book from this author but definitely not my last! I look forward to reading more books by this author! I was given a free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

Talk about living in the mind of an insane individual

This was a twisted tale that blew my mind. If you enjoy a good mystery, with a splash of romance, a helping of grief, and a dash of anger than this is the book for you. I won’t give anything away so I will say just go ahead and listen , because this book has a little bit of everything and just when you think you know what’s going to happen you get the shock of realizing you didn’t have a clue where the story was heading.

Omgomgomg!!

This is most definitely one of the best books i've read/listened to in recent memory. The narrator wasn't my absolute favorite but still good, and good enough to still enjoy the book. My best advice is to go into this one blind...don't you dare read any spoilers-not one! The angst meter is off the charts, so if you want the feels look no further. Mystery, romance, tragedy, twists.... its all there. I've already said too much, just download it!
