This book was extremely informative and taught me things that I had never heard of! It’s so important that we learn to relax, remove stressors and practice healing of our nervous system. This book ties things together and explains how our tissues are a key to better health physically, physiologically and mentally. Great book to listen to, and I’m going to grab a hard copy for reference! Well done!

Being a person who often experiences muscular pain, this is a great way to learn about practices I might be overlooking.

The recommendations are just one part of this book, along with frequent explanations of what is happening, why, and how you can find relief, plus how to integrate these techniques into your daily life. There is also a strong focus on scientifically proven methods, which is something to be grateful for with so many babblers out there.

The additional PDF included with this audiobook is very useful, with videos showing how to do some of the exercises that couldn’t be fully integrated into the book for obvious reasons.
