Inspiration
A story that grabs hold of you and drags you in to the life of a bodybuilder. From the first step in the gym to all the steps to become a gym rat. And if you want an underdog story this is a great inspiration that it’s never to late to change your fate! Also a great story teller and voice actor.

I am a bodybuilder
has a bodybuilder this takes an in-depth look at some of the things we go through on a day-to-day basis scary thought maybe I relate strongly to Sam in this book although I do not ever want to quit bodybuilding as he does I see the negative effects you can have on the body he calls it a disease I I call it my passion and my will to keep pressing on
