Mr. Not Your Savior! is an absolute delight—a romantic comedy bursting with sizzling chemistry, sharp wit, and laugh-out-loud moments. When Jenna takes on the challenge of rehabilitating McCarthy’s bad-boy image as his new PR manager, she quickly realizes she’s in over her head. McCarthy is unapologetically himself: reckless, blunt, and completely uninterested in playing by anyone’s rules.

But as Jenna and her tiny dog become fixtures in his chaotic world, McCarthy begins to change in ways he never expected. And when Jenna’s stalker count starts to rise, his protective instincts kick in—along with a growing desire to win her heart.

Ryan Stone and Avery Reid narrate this title and I loved listening to their performances. They brought all of the wacky hijinks, spicy chemistry, and emotional beats to life and I had so much fun listening to them.

This story is packed with snarky banter, hilarious hijinks, and tender moments that tug at the heartstrings. Both Jenna and McCarthy undergo meaningful growth: she learns to stand her ground, and he discovers the strength in vulnerability. Mr. Not Your Savior! is a rollercoaster of emotion and charm that will leave you laughing, swooning, and smiling long after the final page.

Definitely different.

This is more of a caricature of a book than a standard book. Everything is over the top. Crew of naked, old women in a VW minibus, check. Don’t forget, they carry TNT and flamethrowers. The characters decisions are absolutely insane. It takes more than half the book to get down to any spice and a couple hours longer to get down to everything.
Not one stalker, but six stalkers. That though they are not connected, all pretty much do the same thing. Thee ex fiancé stalkers and three surprise stalkers.
In the end, instead of an epilogue, they have five chapters of something. In which they have more drama, more crying, misunderstanding trope, but never get to the actual wedding or babies, which is her main desire in life.
This one probably will not be on my re-listen to list.

The PR princess and the Bad boy CEO

This story was chaotic and hilarious and so out there and a little dark and spicy! This is book 2 of the Seattle Svenssons. Jenna works for a PR firm and McCarthy Svensson is her billionaire client. who desperately needs to clean up his public image at his brother's demand. Jenna is a hot mess, with 3 ex-fiancés and like 6 stalkers who have treated her like a literal doormat and don't let the title fool you. This man literally saves her.

McCarthy is a ruthless former military billionaire CEO and even though he is attracted to Jenna he is mean to her but he can't stop thinking about her. They couldn't be more opposites but together they work. The chemistry between them is electric and their attraction is undeniable. There is a lot of family drama and hijinks -both of their families are nuts in a funny way. Secrets are revealed which explain a lot of why McCarthy's is the way he is. Don't worry he eventually redeems himself-just a little. lol

The narrators Avery Reid as the voice of Jenna and Ryan Stone as the voice of McCarthy were cast perfectly. They brought these characters to life with their amazing talent! I really enjoyed listening to the audiobook and caught myself chuckling a lot.

This is not the first book in the series, but it can be read as a complete stand-alone. However I think you will get more out of it if you have read the other books as you have met some of the characters before. But don’t let that deter you. This can be a stand-alone. But it will make you want to read all the other books!

I listened to the audiobook of this, and loved it! I think that hearing the voices gives you so much more as a reader. You really can feel the emotions. You connect much quicker to the characters as well. These narrators were top notch.

Funny

The Svensons are always so entertaining and Macarthy doesn’t disappoint. It took a minute to get into the story but proved hilarious as all the rest. Enjoy!

I really liked this story. there was good character development and the story line was fun to follow.

The Fmc is TSTL doormat, Mmc is sexy.

The writing is good as far as punctuation and grammer goes. I honestly like the Mmc but, The Fmc is TSTL doormat. she is the type of person I would cross the street to avoid. I am on chapter 26 and have skipped a bit of the females perspective. I am going to make myself finish this book just because, I paid for it. I have read/listen to all the book in this series so far and usually like them. This one is the worst, so far. I normally like this author and, will be reading other book in this series.
