Right up front I'm going to say that I recommend you give this book a shot. If you do and get to the end, then are looking for more than I'm going to say why don't you check out book 2 which is available now in eBook form. This author is still relatively new to me, but I've liked what she's written so far. This is the second series of hers that I've checked out. As for the narrators their performance is on point. The first time I came across them was in the incursion book and I'm looking forward to more of what they have to offer. Our hero in this story is an adventurer looking for love or he's looking for love. A chance encounter as is stated in the blurb has him seeking out something similar. Honestly, in my opinion the author was very upfront with what kind of book this is, and it did not disappoint. Well done to everybody who had a hand in bringing this story to us the audible listeners.

fun slice of life story

I really enjoyed this story and look forward the next one. misty vixen per usual did a great job with the start of this new series. the characters were well written and the narrators did a pretty good job.

Don't get me wrong this is a slice of life if there ever was one, but it was very wholesome for a harem.

Don’t waste a credit

The story is what it is but narration is horrible. I couldn’t make it past chapter 4 and that’s after skipping 2 chapters hoping the male narrator would get better. Siri showed more emotion than this dude.

Vipers = Lamia?

The quest/adventure every horny young man wants to go on.
The author is right up front off the bat. This book is about a young man that is off to the wilds to have sex with monster girls after he experienced the best sex of his life with a driad a few weeks prior to the start of the story.
And like the title says, he meets up with a monster girl and they decide to go into business together to start an inn in no-man's land between the human lands and the monster wilds in order to have a place where monster people and humans can meet each other and get to know each other in peace.
Lots of hot sexy monster girls and demonesses and witches for our MC to experience.
Fun monster girl harem story that I hope will be a series.

it's okay

Is Misty Vixen a woman? Because this sounds like it was written by a young man. I'd blame the narrators, but they can't help poor writing. I'm saying it was okay because I did make it all the way through, but I won't buy the second book unless I run out of others to listen to.

good simple story with flat narration

it was a good simple story that boils down to man on monster bang quest finds love which isn't bad but the flat dead pan narration brings it down for me over all not bad

pretty good waiting for the next one.

I think this one really needed an editor to polish it. I enjoyed the story, and the emphasis on intimacy. I also believe that it could have been stretch out a bit maybe even have been two books if the relationships had been felt out a little more. The draw backs were that the writing felt like it was thought out and descriptive at one point, kinda pushed through on others. The voice acting was also so so. I often felt like they were going through to motions instead of trying to embody a role. Frankly I think a good editor polish and some better readers could have this up a star or two. All in all good plot, love the characters themselves, and waiting for next installment.

Great start to a hopefully great series

I like it, this is a nice pace change to this genre, a few other like it out there but kinda nice to have a different kind of plot line. I wish it was a bit longer. The performance of the Narrators was great, I really love dual narration.

I like misty Vixens works in general. I removed one star from the performance because of a few minor line repetitions and hiccups. I wished it was longer. it would have been better as a book one and two together for length.
