The book is perfect because it is made to the audio format. It combines the theory with the practical guided meditation tracks. It is structured to be followed as a course, so with just a little commitment one could complete it easily. Said that, meditation is not going to solve all your life problems, but you will learn about yourself and your body. It is also a good reminder so we enjoy all the things we take for granted. The book covers how our minds and brains work and shows the benefits of mindfulness across a number of disciplines. There are some excellent exercise that are well described to cater for everybody. Very insightful and enjoyable. I would recommend this to people interested in this topic.
