This Book Will Shift the Way you look at Wealth
Analogy of too many tabs open compared to the brain multi-tasking was fitting. Habits forming brain pathways was descriptive. Emphasizing meditation as recovery keystone was impactful. Psychology behind bad habits was interesting. Steps to tackle bad habits were practical. The habit loop was something I hadn't heard of. Elastic habits, no binary goals with flexible levels is much more doable. Intentionally seeking challenge teaching not to fear failure gave me a new perspective. Appreciation for what we do have will be a boosted call to action on my part.

This audiobook is great to break out of the poor mindset and into the millionaire mindset. It will help you to get out of bad habits and start building habits that are meaningful and will help you achieve success. It also talks about how to build a positive environment around you to help you get the most out of your goals. I would highly recommend this audiobook.

Good tips
This audiobook is largely about learning great techniques and habits to improve time management and productivity in your personal and professional life. I really enjoyed the chapter on making new habits by “habit stacking”. It encourages you to go for easy to achieve habits that can be completed even when you are tired or unmotivated. You stack them on top of or in between habits you already have so they will become new habits more easily. There’s also lots of good tips here about making decisions and how to avoid decision fatigue. Very interesting. Overall just a good book about self improvement.
