I am so tired of going in circles each and every year, like I'm on a hamster wheel. I finally was able to get off, all thanks to this book. It showed me that it was the little changes here and there that made change happen. Abruptly changing things is not going to work, which I learned the hard way over the years. This book is expertly written and well researched. I really enjoyed listening to the narrator, who did a great job walking me through this new way of being. I have finally effected real change in my life and will continue to do so thanks to this book.
