I just bought it so I can’t comment on the content, however I thought I would let everyone know the PDF is available when you log into Audiable.com. I don’t ever log on there but it took me 2 minutes to investigate and find. I prob would have forgot so 5 stars all around to level out some incompetent reviews.

Preping for Exam

Ive been listening to this while working to prep for the exam, Ive had multiple chapters in the actual pre-license course where I was already familiar with the material because of this book.

The reader isnt the most engaging so it was tough to sit through for more than 1-2 hours at a time, but all in all the content was great and perfect for an “exposure” book to go through in conjunction with or before taking the actual pre-license course.

missing a huge study area for fair housing Acts

well this book is absolutely amazing to listen to the follow along has a few flaws missing words typos Etc however the biggest flaw is the fact that there is nothing in this book about the fair housing acts which is a huge part of the test

Question 86 is incorrect - Sellers need to provide disclosure before the buyer submits the purchase agreement. In the course it is saying after the purchase contract is accepted which is incorrect.

Listening to this was great but the main reason I wanted this was to follow with a PDF and notes. The PDF is not available which is a huge bummer.
