Quickly turning into my favorite book series of all time, Love it. love it. love it.

great story.

My only gripes are minor. The ground is not a floor. Arrows of a few ounces no matter how forcefully fired cannot throw a man anywhere. And "steed " should be used as little as possible.

Unique Storytelling, Vivid Narrative

I have read a lot of modern literature about Rome and Roman's but the 'Marius Mules' series takes a completely unique view of the Roman Legionaires life and battle rigor.

amazing book from an 3xcellent series

the story stays complex and 3xciting as always with Caesar and the beginning of his reign

As usual....the series doesn't disappoint. I literally stayed up till 3 am just to finish the book
