Family is what you make. I loved this story. The scenery and passion is perfect.

Great book, kept my attention all the way to the end, amazing audio delivery, loved it. Will be reading again, every chapter was received amazingly do recommend you give it a read.

michael... michael is a god... amazing.. truly... michael brings all the emotions and feelings.. he brings all the love.. and the sexy.. he makes me feel as if im watching the book instead of listening.. i am part of everything with them.. and of course.. the authors.. oh man.. the two of them alone are perfect but together.. they are everything.. i loved this

Good story

I liked the story, but the protagonist sometimes felt too immature. I was really intrigued by Aiden as a character more and if I am honest would have like for him to end up with Brian. Unfortunately I believe they have other partners that they were later partner with on later books. I will be continuing the series.

There was tons to love about this story. It's a second chance at love story which is definitely one of my favorite tropes, but I think my favorite thing about this story was the outdoor adventure setting. It worked so well to set up an amazing book. I was riveted the whole time I listened to the audiobook and truly would have been okay if the story had never ended. The visuals and settings were great. The romance and the characters were fantastic. I became immersed in the book and didn't want to come out of it...which is really hard when listening to an audiobook. For some reason people don't like it when you completely shut them out in favor of the fantasy world playing through your earbuds.

I highly recommend this one and cannot wait for book #2. I'm hoping it comes out in audio soon, or else I might have to break down and read the ebook.

Rollercoaster of Emotions

This book has me in whiplash. I go from crying to turned on within 30 seconds. I have never cried from listening to an audio book. Excellent read--err, listen!

Simply Fantastic

I enjoy stories that feel true and real. 5⭐️ to Lennox & Kennedy for a romantic story that was more about the characters and less about the physical actions-although those were quite nice as well.
As a true blue Coloradan, I appreciated the attention placed on the true majesty of our State. Michael Pauley is now my #1 favorite Narrator! His ability to bring several characters to life with enough subtle changes in his voice to tell who is who is masterful.
I look forward to the rest of this series!

Very moving story.

I Loved every minute of this book. didn't want it to end! Can't wait for the next one in the series.

This was a sweet 2nd chance romance. I enjoyed the story line but I'll be honest, It didn't really stand out. The characters were likable with a little childhood baggage but they turned out great anyways. I think I liked that they wanted to help kids who need it the best about this story. The sex was hot and didn't take over the story line.

The narration was 50/50 for me. I enjoyed Michael Pauley's narration but I didn't really enjoy his sex scenes. He is a little over the top just during those scenes with grunting, groaning and panting. It sounded like his was hurting more than enjoying it.

i like the idea of the story and it was performed well. ive read the Marion books and they were amazing start to finish. i love lucy lennox. some parts were their and some missed but it was worth the read...
