Must read!

An incredibly impactful book, especially now. We need innovation to help get businesses back on track, especially during this pandemic. No matter the size of the business, co-elevation will impact how great ideas transform your business, because of relationship building.

This book will transform how relationships are built across departments and/or job descriptions. Silos help no one, we have to look up from our silos and connect this book shows actionable steps for that process.

For all the leaders seeking to boost the productivity of their teams and for companies looking at growing engagement I do recommend this week to read "LEading without AUthority" written by Keith Ferrazzi.

First read of 2023! Amazing

This book is such an eye-opener. I am not in a supervisory position. Nonetheless, I can see how I can help my department with co-elevation. This approach will increase the department's morale, making the staff feel valued and find a sense of purpose in their work.

I will continue to refer back to this book and take on the journey of making a change—the best book to start the year from a professional and personal view.
