A clear path to manage the kundalini
For me this is an invaluable book... one I have been searching for for years. Having an awakened kundalini has been a real problem as it awoke totally on its own, and for years I have tried to suppress every experience because the first time it happened I almost died from a fire by spontaneous combustion. This in my opinion is a clear path to manage the kundalini.

WONDERFUL
This was put together by someone who cares about quality not making money. It has a great intro to Kundalini. It backs everything up with brilliant music for mediation. If you are going to buy a meditation audiobook, this is the only one you would ever need. Again, this book was made for quality, not profit.
