Love this book!
This book was so encouraging and fun. I loved learning new exercises and stretches. I am also super excited to try some of the recipes he talks about. I'm glad I'm so glad I have a hard copy of this book. It's so good! God definitely used this book in my life. I felt so encouraged and refreshed after listening
