whew!!

This family has a lot going on!! Im loving this series is can't wait for the next book!! Narration was good as always with these two!!

Good story, but....

The story was very interesting and kept my attention. The author kept using repetitive words and phrases such as "orbs" and "kissing my teeth". I'm reading the book in the series and its the same way, maybe its just her style. The male narrator leaves a lot to be desired, at times it sounds as if he's reading through clenched teeth.
