This was my first read by this author and narrator and I was not disappointed! The story was a realistic view of characters navigating life while dealing with past life's experiences that have served as a foundation for the decisions they have made. We are often trapped by things that keep up stuck or can prevent us from moving forward...trapped by our mindset.
Looking forward to reading more from this author!

This is a well written story of survival from sex trafficking. Sex trafficking has been around for a long time, but it was hidden in the dark shadows. Through Jasmine one can understand the beginning of the deviant behavior of adults who seek the vulnerable for their pleasure, and then shopping the victims to others. I hope that the author Michael Cory Davis will have a sequel with Jasmine really coming out on top.

I feel like the story wasn’t cohesive. I didn’t enjoy how it was all over the place it wasn’t the best.
