Helpful resource
I will listen to this book again. I started listening to this book when I got my new horse and was dealing with nerves. It helped me to put into focus what I wanted rather than what I feared. I feel like Jane addresses so many varieties of situations that this book should be a resource for all riders, regardless of the type of riding that they do.
