This book was a shock in its detailed depiction of the human monster. And, how evil waits to creep in when we think we are doing what has to be done.

This author’s views on religion sound like he just recently picked up a Sam Harris book from 15 years ago with old tired critiques of religion. The level of ignorance about basic Christianity is stunning.

I lost track of how many stories he copied from. Paradise Lost, Screwtape Letters and he should be sued for basically rewriting The Devil’s Advocate movie with a writer instead of a lawyer.

All said, the prose are low tier and it should be under Young Adult or Erotica. Disappointing
