Buy this book! The book explains the psychology of worry and the subconscious reasons why a person worries, and the methods to prevent and manage worry that do and do not work. My worry has caused me to forego or quit several highly compensated professional career opportunities;The reason was worry about fear of failure (getting fired). If you or someone you love is suffering from panic attacks or severe anxiety that makes them anxious enough to get ill, GET THIS BOOK!! It is excellent!! Very informative from a medical standpoint.
