This narrator is just ugh
I try to avoid this narrator at all costs. She sounds like she is reading a grocery list. Also, the main female character is so uppidy and frustrating. It’s a hard book to enjoy. I fast forwarded most of the book. Probably listened to the whole thing in 2 hours.

Determined Scott and Brit
The story line was different due to the story being told thru a a British woman and a Scottish man in England both performed by the woman who effortlessly switched from a British accent to a Scottish accent with flawless male and female vocals.
A lovely storyline of a mature young lady who was talking care of an impulsive mother while looking for a husband of the Ton, for title and money to support her, her mom and younger sister. While the gorgeous Scot was determined to have her, not in marriage but pleasure! Well you have to listen to hear the rest! 5 stars
