instead of counselor

Great Read, Helpful

awesome tips on how to forgive yourself and others. this is a must read. I am sure I will review this book again and again as I work through forgiveness.

Understanding one’s self

I appreciated it’s a way to explain how to give grace to yourself. It’s hard to get out of the mindset of feeling negative and guilty… to the point where it feels like pettiness. I think listening and practicing to these steps to better understand and forgive yourself and move forward with life.

For a short book, it exceeded expectation

I bought this book with low expectations, but I was amazed and impressed with this book. In a half hour my thought process and my outlook on forgiving myself has changed and how to effectively go about it.
