This one is short, sweet, timeless, and powerful...Its on the vein of Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill, but concentrates more on the fact that what think we will be and do. Powerful stuff! I def recommend it.

its only 56 minutes so pretty easy to incoporate into a workout or a commute

Easy Listen

This book is a fantastic listening experience, becuase its quick and to the point, yet its chalked full of wisdom.

I have listened to this book atleast 4X's now ( I listen to at it 2X's speed) and I listen to it on my commute to work. It keeps my head in good space, so i can live like the premise of this book tries to explain throughout the book. The state of mind directs the state of life.

Short and profound

As simple as the title and as short as this book is, it has a nice depth of expression and wisdom. It can be read several times and the benefits will continue.

How to bring back mental sanity.

Excellent book. I wish I had read this book sooner. Recommend it to anyone who wants restore mental vision.
