I liked the character developing and I can’t wait to see more

I really like this book and hope to be able to read more about these characters. Give it a read, you won’t be disappointed!

Unique Zombie origins

I enjoyed the story and the story arc. Engaging likable characters.
This was more a character driven story rather than an action adventure.
There were uniquely British elements of the story that were interesting. I loved the inclusion of the channel water ways and narrow boats.
I thought both of the narrators did a good job.

Waiting on the Netflix adaptation 🔥🔥🔥

Thoroughly enjoyed the story, and appreciated a setting that wouldn’t allow characters to simply gun their way through the zombies. Looking forward to the sequel!

I liked the story but

I enjoyed the male narrator and the story however the female narrator was really bad. It was hard to keep listening to her but because of the story and male narrator it was good.

Solid debut and welcome entry

LM Juniper’s debut novel is a welcome entry to the post apocalyptic genre. Solid storytelling with great characters, looking forward to the next entry.

Grabbed my attention

This was a very interesting take on the source of the disease that was creating zombies. In fact the nature of the disease was quite unique. I was intrigued by some of the characters and really liked the American couple. The male narrator was excellent. The female narrator was good, but not as good as the male. I love the big dog!

Fresh take on the Apocalypse

As a self proclaimed zombie novel enthusiast I am a bit bored with the cliché burly, military, gun slinging, macho man protagonist. It was so refreshing to get into this novel and find a new approach and a new set of faces to add to the genre. The character development was well paced. I appreciate that the origin and science of the outbreak, while not totally fleshed out, is addressed enough that there aren’t giant holes in the plot. I would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys the genre but doesn’t need an overly gory, firearms and ammo centric storyline that follows the normal tropes. I’m looking forward to following this authors future works.

So this was A different take on as zombie Apocalypse Little bit zombie a little bit of the last of us set set in the UK The characters are very different I would say to your normal Lead characters Really enjoyed this book and can't wait for a second one hopefully soon Give it a try if you like End of the world books
