Wonderful book! I feel like someone actually understands what it feels like to suffer from depression and describe it. And better yet understands it isn’t all able to be treated like a text book formula. Thank you! A few more rounds with this book and hopefully seeing more joy and peace will continue to grow and grow for me. I chose this book because of the topic and then saw the writers name, I once worked with a Michelle Bengtson in Illinois. Figured I was being guided to this book, and I definitely was! Thank you!!

My Bible study group love this study. Many members join the group to support other members suffering from depression and found that the study was very beneficial to them personally as they realized how depression had affected their lives in many ways.

The book is excellent. The audible experience, not so much. I LOATHE it when Audible mislabels the chapters. To listen to CHAPTER ONE, you have to pick chapter 3. This is WRONG. Audible, do better!!!
