One of my favorites

Great book with scientific guidance on the power of heart intelligence. I’d recommend to anyone wanting to develop their emotional qualities

I've been looking for a book and resource like this for a while!

While I would personally have chosen to use different voices for the audiobook if I was the one who created it, I still find every narrators voice gentle, attuned and caring, which is kind of rare for any audiobook.

Aside from all that, this book is jam packed with value of all kinds that demonstrates the authors and people at the Heart Math Institute genuinely care about getting their message out for the benefit of the planet as well as the health and well-being of the people in it.

I loved learning about all the scientific evidence behind the work they do as well as their global initiative and app. They are doing so much good and the evidence in their research is so valuable and needed. What’s more, they give so much of their practices for free in this book it's hard not to get value from this book unless you just are too locked in a negative and critical mindset. I hope you enjoy and ultimately come to value this book as much as I did.
