Excellent content, but would prefer a hardcopy

Another excellent title by Thich Nhat Hanh. There are so many useful tools and breathing techniques to use as a person, parent and teacher. However, I would much prefer to read a hard copy of this one, to make notes and revisit exercises whenever needed. Listening to this as an audiobook was great for time management but I couldn't remember most of the exercises when I finished.

Essential for all schools for children!

When you are grounded in love , this happens, healthy self esteem, learning forever (good students), no addictions, no bullying, no crime! Almost like Lennon's song imagine!

No sound when playing

Tried listening to this book but there was no sound or narration during play back.
