Quite good. Fun characters.

A fun, homosexual adventure. Main character (narrator) is a sassy gay (bisexual iirc) mage. Can be a bit "talky" but the voice performance makes it more palatable.

Brilliant, Witty, and uproarious hilarious

I love everything about this story. The world building is phenomenal. The mc is snark personified. The story is tightly written with masterful word-smithing. GET IT NOW!!

Keep your tissues close.

Talon is a mage, and is tasked with a quest to find the champion of the ‘Stone of Creation’ to save the people from zombies, with the help of his twin Tia a dragon rider and Healer Jaimin, they collect others for their quest. As they try to work out how to find the champion, tragedy occurs and one of them dies. All isn’t lost and they do figure it all out.

I laughed and snickered over the characters.
I really loved this book, even though it made me ugly cry.


The audio is just as awesome as the ebook, I loved every second of listening to it.

World building

This is a long book that doesn't feel long. The emotional moments are strong but not overwhelming. It's a non-smutty book with a great storyline all the way to the end. It is truly a great book.

Epic journey!

I love this story! The main character is full of personality. The plot keeps you questioning. The new travel-mates are all interesting and unique. Great job Louisa for creating such a fun story, and to Michael for giving the written words depth and personality!
