highly recommended time out

Now that I’ve listened to the audio 4x, I’m disappointed in myself for not reading the ebook when I first got it. It’s charming and real, even if the main characters are all magical, and it’s set in a Colorado refuge for the magically inclined.
There IS NO major world building with a life-or-death struggle with evil.
This IS a story of Nina, a woman protecting her adopted son, born in the body of a magical dog, finding a refuge, and finding out the heritage of both Duncan and herself. All while falling in love with ‘Henry’ aka Henri Blackrock, guardian of the ranch.
It’s written simply and charmingly and leaves you feeling warm and happy. It’s an excellent time out from crazy politicians and temperamental, spoiled spouses.
You DESERVE the time and $ spent with this story!

Great Book! Worth the credit/money.

Another great book by Mariana Zapata and a great audio performance. ❤️❤️ I have been waiting for the audio to come out and it's great.

The Slow Burn Queen Does It Again

I am addicted to slow burn romance and no one does it like MARIANA ZAPATA. This was a fun romantasy for someone who likes the slowest of slow burns!
