worth reading once. I enjoyed the fantasy
I enjoyed the overall story, but I struggled to feel the connection between the main characters. I would have liked to hear more from Kate about how she felt towards Corwin. I get that it was a mystery to him why the reader?

revolvers and magic

Very good
I honestly fell in love with this book more than I thought I would, which anyone around me could tell, since I was listening to it during almost any waking moment I had in the two days it took me to finish. I liked the fast pace of it and all the characters were well developed and I liked them too, and I'm excited to see their growth continue throughout the series.

amazing story
beautiful work
I have never listened to any of her work before but! its amazing. The plot is great and less focused on the love tension. cool magic system and world building. a must have on any TBR.
I think in my opinion this is more of a adult book in YA fantasy 15+ At least. it deals with some bigger and more adult subjects, with some suggestive confrontations between characters.

Can’t stop listening!
