Fun for the whole family!

Great story! It has Golem battles, a MMC who is imperfect and humor for teens and adults! I appreciate that the main character, Pepper, makes a string of really bad decisions in order to fast track his goal. What is better is that he does have to face repercussions and atone for what he did. There were many laugh out loud moments (Big Duck Energy) as well as moments that pulled the heartstrings. I definitely recommend this to everyone! I look forward to seeing what happens next!

fantastic nerdism

this book was awesome. the blend of genres was exquisite! the main story, growth and world building was balanced very well. For those in the know, his naming for people in the books hilarious and recognizable. the narration by to pros made it even better! highly recommend!

Amazing

I cried, laughed and and enjoyed this story. The performance was amazing. Just had that “ Big D Energy.”

Great introduction to the genre

First, want to say i did receive this as a free copy from the author but that does NOT change my review at all. This story is a great one with some tear jerking moments and some where youre laughing. as the title said its a great start for litrpg because it doesnt overload you with everything. the series will slowly integrated over the books. its a great start for any age especially kids. there are jokes for the adults but not overtly obvious. it has some tough moments from some characters that were in the military, the TJ is a vet as well, and I think it was beautifully done. Its perfect to do as a buddy read with the whole family. The narration is great as well.
