Great information that is easily understood and applicable.

Great book and would recommend it. I will definitely be re-reading this book and implement several things mentioned into my exterior cleaning business. It makes sense and I know it works because I just implemented just one thing discussed and in that same day I was able to increased my revenue for a couple sales for the day by $400.
