a good one for any healthy eater

This book covers the subject of Mexican Cuisine in an understandable way for a non-mexican Chef want-to-be. Of course it helps that Mexican Cuisine is one of my two favorite foods.

Sometimes, you want to try new things in the kitchen and this book of fifty Mexican recipes is something I’m looking forward to cooking in the near future.

Trying new cooking has never been easier.

I often think that trying French, Mexican, Jewish or even some "down home Southern" can seem daunting. This book has opened a whole new and easy to make way to include some Mexican Cuisine when the spirit moves me. Reminds me so much of a few years I spent in Imperial Valley, CA. That's where I was introduced to a genre of Mexican food other than Tex-Mex (which I also love).
