From Fear to Peace

I wanted a self-help book that was easy to listen to, without having to listen to the whole book for the answers when I was stuck. This is all simple steps that I used to change my life, from fear to peace. Yes, I have rebuilt my life, so I know it can be done.

I wrote this book because I wanted something easy to listen to and simple to understand. How could I change my life from one of fear to one of love? Friends told me I needed to put into a book what I did and why. It has taken me a long time to put it down on paper, as I had to write about what happened to me. It was not easy to do, but it has made me see things clearly. Please don’t ever give up on life and your dreams.
