Between the writing and the fabulous narrator, this one kept me laughing out loud! The author’s best yet! Please keep them coming, PJ

I LOVE this series!

Are the mysteries fun? Yes! Yes they are. But ultimately it’s the insanely witty writing combined with the delightful character of Anty Boisjoly that keeps me coming back to this series again and again! To say nothing of the superb narration of Tim Bruce! All of this equals *chef’s kiss* perfection.

Witty Sarcasm with phenomenal Narration

I usually just put 5 stars and not write anything but I can't say enough about how much I've enjoyed this series. the intelligent wit cracks me up. I've listened to them all several times and end up catching something new.
the narration is absolutely fantastic! totally spot on!
the storys are terrific. the character descriptions are so vivid that I can see them - even if I have to go back a few times to hear them again, since I laugh so much.
you can't go wrong with Anty Boisjoly (like the wine region).

I love the Anty Boisjoly books. The writing is impeccable and I cannot get enough. I’ve fallen in love with the characters. I listen to each book immediately when it comes out!

ve listened to all of P.J. Fitzsimmons' books and each one is better than the last, if that's even possible. Absolutely brilliant plot, language, witty protagonist, and locked room murders. There is another book on Kindle but the narrator is unbeatable. So, nothing to do, I have to wait for the next audio edition.

The narrator is the best!

These “anti” mysteries make me laugh out loud: they are witty and a perfect antidote to the times in which we live. They are a tad convoluted, though!

I didn’t expect the ending at all and it was fun to get a glimpse into the life of young Vickers. Keep them coming please

I have throughly enjoyed all the Boisjoly stories. This, like the others, includes lovely, eccentric characters and animals. Grab a tea or G and T, sit back and enjoy!

I love the word play and Anty

I like the narrator and the word play throughout the story. It’d be great if Tim Bruce narrates the rest of the series.

Madcapped and wonderful

The reader does a very nice job once again with truly inspired source material. Of the many mysteries currently being written set in interwar Britain, PJ Fitzsimmons excels well beyond his peers at capturing the spirit of that frenetic period of folly. And the mysteries are quite clever and fun too…
