Wonderful book

My son wanted to start singing, and although I have a music degree in classical performance, he didn't really want his mom teaching him. I bought this book and he really took to it. He actually followed it, and I could hear improvements almost immediately. I can tell the information is sound, and when I read through some of the chapters, that was confirmed. Really clear information that is easily understood by novice musicians/singers. He's really enjoying it, and practicing consistently. Highly recommended!

Explains the art of singing!

I love singing in the car and under the shower, but I never dared to sing when other people could hear me. This audiobook teaches necessary breathing technics and shows helpful ways to find your natural singing voice. I had a lot of fun listening to this audiobook. Thank you to the author.

Let your inner singer out!

My family always said “we are all tone deaf” so singing was never really something I thought about, however I have always wanted to give is a go. This book is a great place to start it gives you the fundamentals and the confidence you need to get started, I highly recommend

This book teaches you everything you need to know about finding your singing style and how to have a singing voice you are confident using around other people.
This step-by-step method helps you find your vocal range and unique tone. What I loved the most was that it taught me about the importance of posture while singing and how big of a difference it can make.
This book was so much fun to listen to. I am so excited to put what I learned into practice.

SInging is not easy

I did discover this book to be quite beneficial, even though having a live singing instructor will always be the finest vocal training method, this book is a perfect accompaniment! It teaches the techniques that professionals implement to sound better. In my opinion. It is definitely worthwhile to read this book and can be recommened.

I can relate!

I can totally relate to the author. I like singing, but I feel like I can’t do it well. I would love to have an amazing singing voice, but I feel embarrassed to sing in front of people.

I had no idea how very precious and what a gift our voices really are until I listened to this book. I recommend “Find Your Own Singing Voice” to any singer, beginner or seasoned! What wealth of information it contains.

Includes highly useful breathing exercises

People who have not studied singing may not know this, but even before training one's vocal cords, one must have a proper breathing technique. This audiobook does an excellent job at emphasizing the importance of breathing and providing useful and applicable details on how any one can teach themselves proper breathing. Those sections could have had as their subtitles Reducing Stress and Improving Mental Clarity.

The audiobook also has interesting sections on interpreting music and engaging with one's audience. The instructions on finding one's own signing voice are straight forward and basic and can be applied by any beginner.
