Understanding your vocal range, posture, how far to push your ribcage and larynx, breath support, and learning to warm your voice first can contribute to healthy vocal cords. It's also important to be mindful and relaxed to avoid damaging your voice. He provided numerous exercises and activities designed to teach us how to use our voice and the body parts surrounding it, such as the esophagus, ribcage, throat, diaphragm, mouth shape, and breath, while also introducing us to the art of singing. I am pleased with this audiobook. It is like learning a new language. Try it. We all sing, and this will help.
