This is the real deal
I teach teachers, not just in music, but all academic disciplines. I don’t know that I’ve met another teacher with such a deep understanding of how learning works, and how to manipulate its elements. It is truly impressive. See his book on learning to teach as well.

Dude thinks more words equals better.
It's like if you asked someone how to change a tire and they spent over 30 minutes convincing you that people aren't naturally gifted at changing tires and you can find a lot of joy changing tires. What a waste of time.
