Top notch narrators

I got this book because Savannah Thompson’s narration makes me smile. I’ve also enjoyed another book by the author. The story often felt too predictable, like everything was set up too neatly in the first half, and I nearly dnf’d halfway through. I’m glad I stuck with it.

Great banter

I loved this couple, nothing stupid or anything either does to make you roll your eyes. Really enjoyed and yes, Super Spicy🔥🔥🔥🩷🩷🩷

good plot, could use more depth

Loved the way this book began about 3/4 of the way through it started to feel like the story was rushed. There were some missed opportunities for suspense for sure but all in all I really enjoyed it. Will 100% be finishing the series

3.75/5🌶️ with just a few eyebrow raising moments. I’ll start by saying this is my first read of this author and first listen of the MMC narrator, and I AM HOOKED. The female lead was great too! This has been in my tbr for a while and I’m glad I took the plunge because I’m off to listen to all Sloane’s books now. I bounce back and forth between easy light hearted stuff and deep, dark and depraved. This is much more the former with just the right amount of action. Perfection.

Great Story line

Fight was an absolute standout read for me. I loved the storyline from start to finish and found myself wanting more the entire time. the kind of book that keeps you fully invested and not ready for it to end. The characters pulled me in quickly, and the emotional tension and pacing kept everything engaging throughout.

I also listened to the audiobook, and it was done incredibly well. The narration added so much depth and really brought the story to life, making it an excellent listen.

Overall, Fight is a highly recommended book. Whether you’re reading it or listening to the audio, it’s a fantastic experience and one I’d absolutely suggest to anyone looking for a compelling, immersive story.
