Excellent book

Dr Carter has such a profound gift for explaining narcissism from whats going on in both the perpetrator and survivor’s standpoint. I have read so many books on the topic and this one makes me feel seen and heard while also giving tangible ways of moving forward that are full of self compassion and understanding. I’ll be keeping this close by to dip into whenever I need some encouragement as well.
