full of factual empowering guidance

this book was very helpful and enlightened me about the differences in work and even relationship dynamics between men and women. i will benefit from Marsha's expert guidance gleaned from her years of experience.

Empowering, Insightful and Instructional

Terrific book that provides an insightful understanding of women’s journey in how to own our power. While I’m 30 years into my career, I think this book is relatable throughout one’s career journey. A few topics really stood out for me. I definitely enjoyed the chapter explaining the biology behind the male vs female brain and how that impacts our thinking and actions. The chapter on imposter syndrome with actionable steps to take was empowering. Also the deep dive on different approaches to managing conflict and when and how to use each was very informative. The author makes each topic very relatable with real life examples and advice. I’ve already recommended to the strong women in my life.

Embracing Your Power is a must read holding key and proven examples of how to navigate life professionally and personally with confidence. I love how women are encouraged to work together in growth, sharing knowledge in partnership for success.
