Tons of helpful tips and strategies. I really liked the flow from getting a job to having a seat at the table. The cultural codes and “mamaisms” broke things up and made it plain. Thanks.

Making sense of all the things in the workplace

I love it the breaks down of how to operate in the work place as black women, and it's very relatable.

Overall I thought the book was very insightful. I am a black woman who has been in leadership in Corporate America for some time now , and I still found some "Aha" moments in this book. Will definitely recommend.
