Very motivational and research based

I found this book to be very informative, based on studies I had never heard of before, and very motivational. I like the fact that he ties the studies right back to what the reader can do in their own life to improve it with specific recommendations (that ARE effective).
With that being said, being vegan myself, I respectfully disagree with the author in regards to eating fish (although overall he seems to be a big proponent of eating plant based).......the reason? The world doesn't revolve around just the humans.
I like the fact that each chapter includes a few different action items we can take to improve overall health. I will definitely be incorporating most of these into my life (except for any deviation from total plant based - I am a big fan of "Forks Over Knives" as well)

Pretty good

This book has basic common sense information. It is good to listen to as a reminder and perhaps to get a couple of tips on healthy living but the book does not provide much more than common sense knowledge of that most people are aware.

Read this book it will bring order to your life

What a great book
I have horrible sleep but thanks to this book I understand why I need to sleep more and because of this action I am being much more profitable in my business. And I feel better.

Nice simple book

Weeeelllll, this was a very good book for a beginner in the diet world and don't know where to begin.. each chapter was written smartly to cover the three main aspects of this book ( Eat , Move , Sleep )
so I kinda liked that .. I agree with the author with the sleeping tips and the exercising part, but for the "right" diet part I have to say .. being a Vegan for almost 8 months now I have some issues with his guidelines .. I would recommend this book to whoever is out there wanting to begin his/her fitness journey and need some good reliable information to apply in their lives

This is the ONLY health book you need to read!

Wow - the author shares his lifetime of research and key take-aways on healthy eating & living and a very simple & straight forward manner. This is perhaps the most valuable book I've ever read! No trendy diets, just an all-around healthy lifestyle completely supported by facts/research/experts. Best of all, he MOTIVATES you to do it! His facts are so compelling and he offers practical advise on how to overcome procrastination and develop healthy habits. Everyone already knows they should eat better and exercise more, but this book is so compelling that you'll WANT to do it! While the content was amazing, the narrator could have been better (very monotone).

I bough a copy for my mom and sister - because it's the one book that can have a profound impact on their life. You owe it to yourself to buy it now!!!
