INCREDIBLE!! Jobs moves is a MUST read for everyone who is considering switching jobs as well as for every manager. This book acknowledges that employees have power when they are considering what job to hire. It provides helpful frameworks and starting points to drive meaningful self reflection around career goals and development that will help professionals unlock progress for them. Reading it will help you figure out what YOU want from your career, not what you have been told the “next step” is. I am immediately going to have everyone on my team think through their pushes and pulls and cheat sheets.

A disappointing book

I expected more from this book. better guidance, more tech industry relevance.
I thought there will be more jobs to be done on the individual.
